Once upon a time,
there was a small boy;
He was truly shy,
it was not a ploy.
The boy had dated
a girl, here and there,
but with all of them
true love was not there.
And then one fine day,
a princess appeared.
At first there was doubt,
but that was soon cleared.
Despite her worries,
and at first despise,
adoration grew
much to her surprise.
Which brings us to now
on this very day,
where their love still grows
more and more each day.
