It is Friday night,
time to party hard
and stay up all night.
We won’t be bothered
by some rejection.
Time is up for our
depressed reflection.
We’ll watch fun movies
and scarf down junk food.
We’ll do whatever
suits our party mood.
We may have lost out
but you can all bet,
we’re not quite ready
to give up just yet.
