Yesterday was quite a long day
with much driving along the way.
Although, one thing that surprised me
was how easy it was for me
to adjust to a later day
for putting my 8 hours away.
How people do it? I don’t know.
Each hour, I felt boredom grow.
And then, towards the end of the day,
Effectiveness faded away.
Not just me, but everyone
looked like they were not having fun.
But, mind you, management still thinks:
Later is better, early stinks.
