I love me that shirt,
Even though folks think
It’s a punishment.
“Whatcha do?” They’ll wink.
Th truth of it is
I did nothing wrong.
I love my wife now,
as I’ve all along.
It’s sad that most men
would rather be dead,
then be seen with that
note written on thread.
I hope, in secret,
they speak something sweet,
to their precious wives
to makes their hearts beat.
For a husband’s role
is to praise his queen
and bring a bright smile
upon her sweet mein.
