Yesterday I cooked
yummy barbecue:
five turkey burgers
and some hot dogs too.
The boys rode their bikes,
around and around,
seeing who’s fastest
and covered more ground.
Hopefully, for you,
it was a small break;
An energy give,
not the normal take.
With the food and fun
I can eas’ly say:
All in all, it was
quite a lovely day.
