It was stake conference,
but only I went.
And let me tell you,
it was time well spent.
Each of the speakers
gave a marv’lous talk,
showed our weakness
but they did not mock.
We were asked to think
about what we do,
to then ask the Lord
“Which displeases You?”
There was much else that
lifted up my soul,
but without you there
I did not feel whole.
