Mother’s Day gives us
a time to reflect
and offers up some
a way to connect.
Many will often
use this special day
to do things that they
should do ev’ryday.
I hope I’m not one
who must change his ways,
but rather I hope
I’m loving all days.
But probably not
and thus I must work
on not being the
proverbial jerk.
