Got up this morning,
grabbed a chair and sat,
so me and my dad
could have a nice chat.
We talk about life
and stuff that it brings.
Our lil chat covered
lots and lots of things.
It was time well spent
since we don’t chat much,
other than quickly
on the phone and such.
Hopefully, they’ll come
and visit us more.
I know the boys would
love to see them more.
