Today we had lunch
with some friends of old.
The Smiths were in town
to escape from the cold.
Twas great to see them
after all this time,
especially since
their free time was prime.
Bennet and TJ,
as always, had fun.
Their special friendship
is second to none.
It’s sad that they can’t
hang out ev’ryday.
Though maybe they will,
if Kim gets her way.
We gotta work on
helping Kelly see
that Arizona
is the place to be!
